Return Policy
Sleepy's 30-Day Mattress Return
We want you to love your new mattress. All Sleepy's branded mattresses are eligible for a 30-day return from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return the mattress under the following conditions:
- The mattress must have been used for a minimum of 14 nights (a break-in period is needed for your body to adjust)
- The mattress must be in good, clean condition — free from stains, tears or damage
- The original proof of purchase must be provided
- Return shipping and handling fees apply

Other Products
For all other products (pillows, mattress protectors, bedding accessories, etc.), returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. Products must be returned in their original, sealed, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 (as amended), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been unsealed and used are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they fall under the Sleepy's 30-Day Return policy above.

Your Sleepy's mattress will become your best companion. The right mattress ensures an ideal sleep and endless moments of relaxation and rest. Sleepy's experts give you simple and useful tips for proper use and care, so you can maintain the high performance and comfort of your mattress while securing its warranty.

Place your mattress on the correct support surface
- A. The base/foundation made of appropriately selected materials.
- B. A slatted frame where the distance between slats does not exceed the diameter of the mattress spring.
- Do not use an electric blanket on specific mattress types (Memory foam types).
- Use a special protective cover. Various bodily secretions during sleep cause stains on the mattress surface and moisture inside. The special cover protects the mattress, keeps it clean and ensures excellent hygiene conditions. A very stained mattress voids its warranty.

Ensure that the mattress remains dry. The mattress should not be washed or wet. If your mattress gets dirty, clean it locally with a special cleaner. Do not clean it with steam, as this will create moisture and mould inside the mattress. If your mattress gets wet, let it dry in the sun.
Caution! Do not place the mattress near a stove or fireplace. There is a fire risk.
- Air your mattress regularly. Your mattress absorbs your body's scent. You need to air it once a month to ensure its hygiene, by leaving it completely uncovered for a few hours.
- Do not iron on your mattress. Steam causes moisture in the materials, which is the main source of harmful micro-organisms, dust mites and mould. Mould is not covered by the warranty.
- Do not fold or bend your mattress. When a spring mattress is folded/creased, irreparable damage and deformations occur.
- Rotate your mattress. It is recommended to regularly rotate your mattress every two months, top-to-bottom and head-to-foot, for even more hygiene.
- Prevent children from using the mattress as a "trampoline". This can cause permanent deformation to the springs, without the possibility of repair.
- Do not remove your mattress label. It is part of the mattress's authenticity and is also necessary for the warranty to be valid, as it contains the serial number. Always remember that for the warranty to apply, the care and proper use instructions must be consistently followed.

Sleepy's Luxury Line — 8-Year Warranty
Sleepy's offers a warranty for all mattresses in the Luxury Line range. The warranty covers both the spring core and foam core as well as the filling materials & quilting. The repair value is based on the current applicable Service price list.
The expected lifespan of a mattress is 12 years. For hygiene reasons, it is not recommended to use the product for more than 8 years.
When Does the Warranty Start?
Your mattress warranty starts from the day you receive it at your home. For purposes of verifying the purchase date and for the warranty to be valid, it is always necessary to present the proof of purchase.
Warranty Validity Conditions
- Consistently follow the care and proper use instructions.
- Keep your proof of purchase.
- Do not make modifications or repairs to the mattress without the manufacturer's permission.
What Does the Warranty Cover and What Is the Service Process?
The Sleepy's warranty covers manufacturing defects of the mattress or material failure. If you notice a defect, locate your proof of purchase and contact the company's Service Department.
Sleepy's will send a specialised technician to inspect your mattress. If it is determined that your mattress indeed has a defect, they will undertake full repair and restoration of the problem. Your mattress will be repaired by expert technicians with care and returned to you within 5-7 working days. This applies only for the Athens metropolitan area and Thessaloniki.
- If the defect is due to a manufacturing error or material failure and the mattress is within the warranty period, the cost of repair and transport will be borne by the company.
- If the problem is due to misuse, the cost of repair and transport will be borne by the customer, according to the current price list.
Important
- The warranty is valid only within Greek territory.
- The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product. Your legal rights are not affected by this warranty.
- If you schedule an appointment with our specialised technician and it is determined that there is no problem with your mattress, a visit charge of €30 will apply.
Outside Athens and Thessaloniki
For customers outside the Athens metropolitan area and Thessaloniki, the Service Department will guide you on the correct method and timeframe for resolving the problem. If it is deemed necessary for the mattress to be transported to the company, the correct procedure must be followed. If the mattress gets stained or damaged during transport arranged by the customer, the company bears no responsibility. It is very important that the mattress being sent for repair is placed in protective packaging that fully covers it, to protect it from potential staining, moisture and dust.

Kluft Warranty
Kluft mattresses are handcrafted with the finest materials and come with an industry-leading warranty. Each Kluft product carries its own specific warranty period depending on the collection and model.
Warranty Coverage
Kluft's limited warranty covers the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) with proper support
- Defects in the internal spring system or construction
- Structural defects in foundations and bases
What Is Not Covered
- Normal body impressions and comfort settling
- Stains, soiling, burns, or physical damage
- Damage from improper support or bed frame
- Comfort preference
- Products not purchased from an authorised Kluft retailer

Good to Know
Adjusting to Your New Mattress
You need time to get used to your new mattress. Give your new mattress some time to adapt to your body's curves and sleeping position, and it will provide you with a unique embrace. Approximately one month of adjustment is recommended.
The New Product Scent
Like any new product, the mattress has the characteristic new product scent. The scent is perfectly normal, is not considered a defect, and will disappear after a few days. You need to remove the mattress packaging and let it air out for a few hours before putting on the protective cover and sheets.
Mattress Dimensions
Your new mattress was specially manufactured for you, in the dimensions you measured before ordering, at your own responsibility. If your mattress is larger or smaller than the bed, it cannot be exchanged. However, dimension adjustment can be made at your expense, based on the price list.
Comfort Feel
Before purchasing your mattress, try the variety of Sleepy's mattresses and choose the ideal one for you, based on your own needs. If the mattress does not meet your comfort expectations, no exchange or refund is possible.
Material Replacement
Sleepy's continuously strives to improve and renew the materials used in the manufacture of its mattresses. For this reason, some of the materials used in the manufacture of your mattress may no longer be available at the time the mattress is returned for repair. In this case, Sleepy's will ensure that the material is replaced with an equivalent current-generation material of the same high quality.
Foam Materials
The foam materials of your mattress adjust slightly to embrace your body, especially at the heaviest points (hips, shoulders, back). This is perfectly normal and necessary for the mattress to provide you with comfort and proper support. A slight surface indentation of up to 2 cm is within acceptable limits and is not considered a defect.
Make sure the indentation is indeed normal by measuring it according to the illustrated instructions:
- The measurement must be taken 4 hours after the last use of the mattress.
- Place a straight rod/long ruler or similar object on the mattress, from edge to edge.
- Then, place a ruler in the middle of the object without pressing it into the mattress, and measure the gap.
Note: It is very important that the measurement is done correctly so that the results are accurate and valid, as transporting the mattress to the Service Department without an actual indentation of more than 2cm will be charged to the customer.
All Other Products
For all other products not listed above (including pillows, mattress protectors, toppers, bedding accessories, and furniture), no warranty applies once the product has been opened or used.
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to transportation fees.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
